Actor Kevin Spacey, who is facing multiple allegations of sexual misconduct, has been dropped from an already finished Ridley Scotts film "All the Money in the World".

Christopher Plummer is set to replace Spacey in the role of J Paul Getty, with reshoots of key scenes expected to start immediately to keep the film's December 22 USA release date.

Sources close to the production of "All the Money in the World" have said that Plummer began reshoots immediately following the release of new sexual harassment allegations against a teenage boy were directed at the Oscar winning actor, Spacey.

Hollywood director Ridley Scott's madman feats of efficiency have always been legend. Co-stars Michelle Williams and Mark Wahlberg will be part of the reshoot, Deadline Hollywood reported. Paul Getty, the industrialist who was named by the the richest living American in1966 by the Guinness Book of World Records. Plummer, 87, was reportedly Scott's first choice to play the role of the cold billionaire, but Scott was forced to pick a "bigger name" for the role, the AP reported.

The film was originally set to have its world premiere at the AFI Fest in Los Angeles on November 16 but was pulled earlier this week amid the sexual harassment reports surrounding Spacey, who has also been fired from "House of Cards" and dropped by his talent agency and publicist. "I honestly do not remember the encounter, it would have been over 30 years ago", Spacey said in his statement.

The actor has since been accused by more than dozen men of either sexually harassing or assaulting them.
