Glee's Naya Rivera Charged with Domestic Violence

Glee star Naya Rivera is in trouble with the law following an altercation with her husband of three years, Ryan Dorsey, which led to her arrest for domestic battery.

Reports state that the actress was arrested at the home she shares with husband Ryan Dorsey. The sheriff's office press release stated, "The Deputy saw minor injuries consistent with his statement".

Upon her arrest, Rivera was taken to the Kanawha County Magistrate Court where she was arraigned and a bond was set.

Meanwhile, Naya Rivera says she plans to hire an attorney as domestic battery carries a maximum of a year in prison and a fine of up to $500. They also posted a video showing her arraignment. He supplied cell phone video evidence of the attack, deputies said.
