Photo James Damore'slawsuit against Google, which fired him past year after he criticized its diversity efforts, said, "Google's open hostility for conservative thought is paired with invidious discrimination on the basis of race and gender". BuzzFeed News reports that Damore is suing the company on the allegation that it "discriminates against politically conservative white males". "This included employment and business-related topics such as "'diversity" hiring policies, "bias sensitivity" or "social justice.'" The lawsuit also alleges that Google uses illegal hiring quotas in order to fill positions with female and minority candidates. The complaint, which can be read in full below, is packed full of examples of internal communications at Google showing the intense pressure that was brought to bear on conservatives at the company, as well as anyone who disagreed with the political priorities of its progressive employees. In doing so, Damore also painted gross generalizations against women, accusing them of being more neurotic and anxiety-ridden, and he believes these supposed traits render women unsuitable for the stress of higher-level tech jobs.
