  • Samsung Galaxy S9 Teardown: Dual Aperture Tricks

Galaxy S and Galaxy Note owners will be able to bring their phones to any uBreakiFix location or schedule an appointment online and get their device fixed very quickly. The South Korean handset maker confirmed it will kick off a same-day in-person authorized support service in collaboration with uBreakiFix.

Currently, Samsung sells an extended warranty service called "Premium Care" that costs $12 a month and offers in-home support and extra coverage against accidental damages. Samsung is planning to expand this uBreakifix program throughout the 2018 year.

It must be noted that these Samsung Care-authorized service centers are already available in every major metro city of the USA, but by early 2019, the company plans to add 200 more uBreakiFix locations in order to reach even more customers than they already do. The announcement of this shows that the Samsung is changing its way to provide customer service to its users in which a customer can avail the service anywhere and anytime.

Currently, uBreakiFix has more than 300 locations, but that's expected to expand by almost 200 more by early 2019.

The spokesperson said: "The Samsung Galaxy S9 available at Microsoft Store is the same phone you can purchase elsewhere". To discover more about Samsung, please visit www.samsung.com. On the website, you'll select the fix your device requires as well as the uBreakiFix location you'd like to visit and then schedule a check-in date.
