  • Could NJ see snow on the first day of spring? It's a mix of good and bad news

The winds will be light for a change and clouds will move in toward evening, but this final day of winter should be generally calm and quiet.

The storm will bring snow to parts of Virginia and West Virginia, especially in higher elevations. The same limiting factors apply during the day Wednesday as tomorrow though. Even at this hour, there are a lot of uncertainties. There might be a short reprieve before starting up again Tuesday night into Wednesday morning, forecasters said. We should have a better idea of that part of the storm later today and tomorrow.
