  • ITVQueen Elizabeth II complains about a loud helicopter noise while speaking to Sir David Attenborough

The conversation was filmed previous year for a documentary due to be broadcast in Britain next week.

While strolling through Buckingham Palace Garden with naturalist David Attenborough for a TV documentary, the tranquility is shattered by the sound of a helicopter flying above, giving the Queen an opportunity to show off her sense of humor.

It also features other members of the royal family as well as the actress and campaigner Angelina Jolie, who has taken part in the environmental project and is shown describing the queen as "a lovely lady".

The Queen was interrupted by a loud helicopter while strolling in her garden with Sir David Attenborough past year.

The Queen's Green Planet details the United Kingdom monarch's concerns about the environment and focuses on the Queen's Commonwealth Canopy, a network of forest conservation initiatives.

"Might easily be, yes", the queen says.

When the pair come across a sundial positioned in the shade which Sir David points out, the Queen seems surprised at the oversight. "Had we thought of that, that it was planted in the shade?" she asks with a chuckle, adding: "It wasn't in the shade originally, I'm sure".

She goes on to say: "You know when you sit up at night in a tent with your kids and they say, 'Why does the Queen of England care about planting trees in Africa?' And to be able to explain that to them is a really nice way of being able to explain kind of the world at large and what should matter and why".

"Isn't it good, yes", the queen says, before flashing a wide grin at a person standing off camera.

"The Queen's Green Planet" is set to air on United Kingdom broadcaster ITV later this month.

Hollywood star Angelina Jolie pictured meeting the Queen in 2014 as she was made an honorary dame by the monarch for her campaigning work fighting sexual violence. Not surprisingly, Attenborough, failed to control his laughter in response. "Of course they've said 'Oh well, let's give her a plant ... or a tree or something'".
