  • Obama Didn't Act on Russian Meddling to Help Clinton Win, Says Trump

Then Trump pivoted sharply back to the Mueller investigation, which he has elevated in status to "Rigged Witch Hunt".

The congressional investigations have been separate from the ongoing criminal investigation by Special Counsel Robert Mueller on behalf of the Department of Justice.

Mueller is leading the probe into whether Russian Federation interfered in the 2016 presidential election with the help from Trump campaign aides. With the congressional campaigns now in their early stages in many USA states five-plus months ahead of the voting, Pompeo said there is much work ahead to mitigate any Russian interference.

Trump has questioned Mueller's ability to conduct an impartial investigation and frequently has referred to the probe as a "witch hunt".

"It's a Rigged Witch Hunt", Trump declared, questioning why prosecutors were not investigating his 2016 challenger, "the totally Crooked Campaign of totally Crooked Hillary Clinton".

Visa payments not working as system crashes in UK
The company said it was investigating the cause of the disruption in a statement. "Visa is now experiencing a service disruption". Visa, the payment systems giant, has said it is experiencing problems processing some transactions in Europe.

He also asked his Republican party colleagues to be on alert in the months ahead of the November general elections.as he feels that the Democrats would be meddling into the mid-term elections later this year.

President Donald Trump claimed that the team working on Robert Mueller's investigation "will be meddling with the mid-term elections".

Marco Rubio, (a Republican) who sits on the Senate Intelligence Committee said he "sees no evidence" that supports President Trump's claim that the Federal Bureau of Investigation planted a spy in the Trump campaign. "Horrible", he said, speaking during an event promoting sports on the White House South Lawn, as a band played "We Are The Champions" and children shouted and screamed in the background.

That's according to a financial report released Thursday by the Justice Department. Because a little later on Tuesday morning, Trump followed his "meddling" tweet with one where he apologized - perhaps to his base - for "focusing his energy" on the Mueller probe when there is so much work to be done. "He said 'Oh I'm fine with collusion because there's no collusion, but obstruction that's a matter of interpretation.' And it isn't".

Trump has used his Twitter account to comment on the Russian Federation investigation on countless occasions, so it's unclear how long the president intends to adhere to his self-imposed redirection of "energy".

Giuliani did say that he thought Sessions was still capable of doing his job leading the Justice Department despite Trump's critiques.

"What I think he does with at least some of his allies - they're starting to undermine the rule of law", Warner said.

"There's no doubt he's complained about him", Giuliani, who is now serving as Trump's lawyer, told reporters on Wednesday.

"He fired Comey because Comey would not, among other things, say that he wasn't a target of the investigation", Giuliani said.

Tom Arnold Says Ex-Wife Roseanne Barr ‘Wanted’ Show To Be Cancelled
The report came out after Flynn pleaded guilty to lying to the Federal Bureau of Investigation about his contacts with Russians. He was also unfamiliar with rumors of a Dan Conner-centric Roseanne spinoff , saying "you've heard more than I have".
