  • Reports: Danny Green opts into contract with San Antonio Spurs

On Tuesday, Lakers president of basketball operations Magic Johnson laughed off the idea of being anxious about the pressure to bring superstars to Los Angeles, citing the number of NBA Finals he played in. That's when players have to exercise their opt-out options, and if the Lakers can land Leonard before the deadline, they're hoping it convinces LeBron James to take his talents to La-La Land and potentially bring free agent Paul George with him. However, ESPN's Ramona Shelburne previously reported the Lakers felt rebuffed after their initial conversation with the Spurs.

San Antonio Spurs star Kawhi Leonard has already established he wants to be traded, multiple reports have confirmed.

Apple Working on High-End Airpods, Over-the-Ear Headphones
The new AirPods will feature noise cancellation technology and water resistance, according to Bloomberg's unnamed sources. There are over-ear headphones coming from Apple as well and they will compete with the likes of Bose and Sennheiser .

That wasn't the only piece of information included in the report, though, as league sources also told ESPN the Boston Celtics, Cleveland Cavaliers, Philadelphia 76ers and Los Angeles Clippers are among the teams who've made offers to the Spurs for Leonard.

What exactly would that offer be? Many believe that they will join forces in Los Angeles, but there is a growing belief around the National Basketball Association that George might end up staying with the Oklahoma City Thunder, and if that does happen, could change James decision. Ingram posted the same scoring average as a 20-year-old, and he might have more upside than anyone on the Lakers' roster. The Lakers could even acquire a future first-rounder from a team that's looking to unload salary for the 2018-2019 season, and that draft pick could be used in a deal for Leonard, according to ESPN. ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski said on "The Rich Eisen Show" that it's unlikely Gregg Popovich would coach one of Lavar Ball's sons with the Spurs.
