A representative for Pallett told Express.co.uk: "Roxanne made a decision to leave the CBB house late last night after deliberating for two days with some sensitive issues she felt strongly about".

Earlier this week, Pallett had alleged that her former Celebrity Big Brother housemate Ryan Thomas had punched her during her time in the house.

Roxanne said she would leave the house on last night's live CBB show when she was told she must choose between nominated housemates Ben Jardine and Jermaine Pennant.

Thomas, 34, said there was no "malice" in his actions, with some viewers arguing that the incident was only play-fighting.

She walked off chuckling, but later looked upset and asked Big Brother to get her a producer for an off-screen chat about the incident, before demanding that her fellow soap star be kicked off the programme.

The pair later spoke about the incident, and Thomas told her: "I want you to know from the bottom of my heart I was showing my affection".

Pallett is the second star from this year's series to leave without being evicted, following the removal of Brazilian reality star Rodrigo Alves. "When she said that, I was like, "Woah".

Ryan was keen to make amends with Roxanne however, and he tearfully apologised and said: "I am not the person you felt was treating you that way". She claimed that he had punched her "like a boxer would punch a bag" during a play-fight.

"If that's the one thing she's got on me, well done".

Pallett said: "I'm not questioning your integrity. That's not what I got told".

I went from being in shock to angry now because a boy who's punched me repeatedly, unprovoked, completely deliberate. Pallett has released no statement as of writing and has since deleted her Twitter account.
